Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph, FT-IR Sepctrophotometer,
Flamephotometer, Flourimeter, Polarimeter etc., |

RESEARCH
FOCUS:
Currently
the second year M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis students
are carrying the project on newly launched multidrug
formulation using.
1.
SPECTROSCOPIC METHODS:
Derivative spectroscopy, absorption ratio method, simultaneous
equation method and method validation.
2.
CHROMATOGRAPHY :
HPLC,
HPTLC method development and validation of the method.
Validating
the above parameters for quantification of result by
statistical parameters such as linearity, calibration,
precision, accuracy, robustness, ruggedness, recovery
studies, system suitability, limit of detection (LOD)
and limit of quantification.
