DR.C.L.BAID METHA FOUNDATION FOR PHARMACEUTICAL EDUCATION & RESEARCH:

Dr.C.L. Baid Metha Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education and Research is a unit of C.L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy. The entire research activity of the foundation is management by experienced faculty members under the guidance of The Director, Prof. Dr. S. Venkataraman. The foundation provides facilities for pharmacological screening of new synthetic molecules, single and polyherbal formulations. The foundation conducts periodical Hands-on-Training programmes to technicians working in Medical, Pharmacy, ISM Colleges, Analytical and Q.C. departments.

Project work for M.Pharm Life Science (M.Sc., B.Tech & M.Tech) Biotechnology will be guided and supervised by experienced faculty in different field of specialization. Foundation also undertakes in house
projects related to development of new formulations, drug delivery systems in both allopathic and herbal medicine segments. Short-term course is offered by the Research Foundation for products managers/executives in pharma industry, on technical writing of brochures, manuals, leave behind literature, visual aid albums etc.,
