RESEARCH FOCUS:

The synthesis of Novel Heterocyclic compounds is carried out by conventional and novel techniques such as microwave irradiation and ultra sonicator etc., The synthesized compounds are characterized by spectral techniques such as I.R., NMR and mass spectra methods. All the synthesized compounds are screened for its potential biological activities like anticancer, analgesic anti inflammatory antiulcer, anticonvulsant and antimicrobial properties. Methods are developed for assessing toxic effects and ulcerogenic properties etc.,
